The 2010 Season saw the addition of this water at Low Grange Farm. This is a one mile stretch of river on the opposite bank to the lower end of our current Frankland Farm Beat. It offers excellent fly fishing for the salmon and sea trout angler as well as secure parking close to the river. Like the Franklands stretch this beat also has a range of long glides for the fly fisherman as well as a mix of deep pools for the angler who prefers spinning.

During the 2021 season this beat was extended for a further 1000 metres down stream (right bank only) to the point where the public foot path ends at the end of the trees where the stream from the water works enters the river.

At the start of the 2022 season our water at Low Grange Farm  was extended to include "The Meadow"; the section of water that lies between our Low Grange Farm and Moorhouse Woods beats. This now gives members some 2.5 miles of water from the top of Low Grange Farm beat to the Pipe Bridge at the bottom of our Moorhouse Woods beat.
