To that end the boats have already been launched and prepared for the season, thanks as usual to Barry Gibson and team for this task, and the boat booking system in now opened for your bookings at this LINK.

Tight lines.

With the season now getting into full swing can we remind members to always carry your club membership card whenever you are out fishing on any of our waters. And PLEASE ensure that it is up to date with a 2021 sticker on the reverse. Thank you.

Many members may be aware that  Hardy are about to move to their shop and museum into the centre of Alniwick. Consequently the current store will be having a large sale prior to this move from April 15th to May15th. Happy shopping!

With the new season now under way members may like to check that their ICE (In Case of Emergency) number is active and up to date on their mobile phones.

Another useful safety app available free of charge from your phones App Store is the “what3words” app. This app allows you to send your current location at a press of a button to whoever you choose. Why not check it out?

Tyneside Anglers Syndicate (TAS) have now come out of the fishing at Low Grange Farm and this sadly means that the mutually beneficial reciprocal agreement both parties have enjoyed for many years has now come to an end. This means that under no circumstances must FFFC members fish the Meadow water. The Meadow lies between the fence at the downstream end of the wood at Low Grange and Moorhouse Woods.
